I believe that yoga, mindfulness and counseling can make a radical and sustainable impact on improving peoples lives. I have seen it with so many people that I supported with these methods over the last years. They sleep better, gain more self-confidence, experience more grip on their lives and just enjoy life more, to just name a few effects. Its my mission to contribute to a better world through helping people establishing more peace and strength within themselves. So that they are better parents, partners, employees, but most importantly become better caretakers of themselves.

As a psychologist I am specialised in work and health. Generally I work with people with topics like career development, work-related problems, coping with themselves and others or life questions. Themes like increasing assertiveness, self-awareness and self-acceptance and discovering key-qualities are common. Sometimes complaints like concentration problems, stress, burn-out, trauma, depression or maybe grief are obstructing them to function optimally.

Relief from psychological issues comes in understanding yourself better, knowing what self support you need and learning how to apply the tools to build towards your personal growth. That creates choices and allows you to move on to experiencing more stability, happiness, vitality, satisfaction and direction. More than developing some kind of ‘persona’ towards something, I think its actually a matter of letting go, and becoming and embracing more who you already are.

The bad news? Its a lifelong journey! The good news? You can improve your navigation and make it a smoother expedition and I like to train you in that!
